This was my favourite morning on our trip along the Pembrokeshire coast last September. Waking up early, we wanted to use the time to go to the beach of the little village we stayed. Dale has about 200 inhabitants, so we were pretty sure to be alone on the beach. And we were. It was quiet, nobody around, except a few early birds.
But then there is the question, if getting up and out early is so great, why don’t I do it more often?
